Connections require commonalities that are easily overlooked. We can work together, play together and more, but there is little one can do to escape the need to be connected. The type of connection is critical-for change to occur one must be connected to a source that provides feedback, acceptance, validation and expression. We aim, via a variety of services, to develop a plan to assist in the illumination of present connections that have been missed, or overlooked, while developing areas to extend possibilities for the connections that will result in comfort. Comfort is a non-tangible state nearly all individuals seek. People desire to be absent from conflict. But as iron sharpens iron, one needs to find a place where the conflict brings development and not hindrances. How can positive growth in light of the lack of comfort be maximized?

Are you Confident?Confidence is often mistaken for arrogance, or an attitude to be viewed unfavorably. A good leader is confident of their vision, but to inspire others to embrace your vision requires an illumination of insecurities and viewpoints that conflict with the perception of confidence. Confidence can be sold but is better caught, like a flame to fire as it fuels direction without need to be reinforced. Such confidence is typically the result of years of trial with assessment of method and outcome.
